These terms cover OpenClaw, my personal AI assistant, and related personal software. It is provided for my personal use. It is not a public service, hosted product, or multi-tenant application offered to others.
The software is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any damages arising from use of or inability to use these personal tools, including lost data, missed events, or failed messages.
If anyone other than me somehow uses these tools, they must comply with Google’s terms and applicable law. Do not use them to access accounts or data without authorization.
Use of Google APIs is subject to Google’s terms and policies, including the Google APIs Terms of Service and Google API Services User Data Policy.
