Privacy Policy

This policy covers OpenClaw, my personal AI assistant, and related personal software I run for my own use (including tools that may access Google account data such as Calendar, Gmail, or Drive).

Who this is for

OpenClaw is personal. It is not offered as a public product and is not intended for other users’ data.

What data may be accessed

Depending on which Google permissions I grant, an app may access:

• Calendar data (events, calendars)
• Gmail data (messages I choose to read or send)
• Drive files I choose to open or manage
• Basic account identity needed for authentication

How data is used

Google user data is used only to operate my personal tools on systems I control — for example listing calendar events, creating events I request, reading mail I ask about, or working with files I select.

How data is stored and shared

• Credentials and tokens are stored on my private systems.
• Data is not sold.
• Data is not shared with third parties for advertising or unrelated purposes.
• Data is not used to train public AI models as a business practice.

Retention

Tokens and cached data are kept only as long as needed to run the tools. I may delete them at any time by revoking access in my Google Account and removing local credentials.
